Production Associate

Adecco Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing company in Cranston, RI.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role combining basic machine operation and assembly. Great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, production or mechanical experience who enjoys working with tools and equipment.

Location: Cranston, RI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $18-$20
Shift: 1st Shift

What You'll Do

• Operate basic production equipment, including a drill press
• Assemble handles, hardware and mechanical components
• Follow work instructions and production specifications
• Use hand tools and production equipment safely
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality
• Measure and check components for accuracy
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, assembly or machine operation experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic machinery
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a hands-on production environment

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
