Employnet is seeking dependable, hardworking, and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist with the production, packaging, and quality control of high-quality spice and seasoning products in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to company procedures and safety standards.
• Accurately package, label, and prepare spice and seasoning products for shipment.
• Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients following established production recipes and specifications.
• Monitor machinery and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and all company safety policies.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of production equipment and work areas.
• Assist with material handling, stocking production lines, and transporting finished goods.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
