Employnet is seeking dependable, hardworking, and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist with the production, packaging, and quality control of high-quality spice and seasoning products in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. If you are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment according to company procedures and safety standards.
- Accurately package, label, and prepare spice and seasoning products for shipment.
- Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients following established production recipes and specifications.
- Monitor machinery and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and all company safety policies.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of production equipment and work areas.
- Assist with material handling, stocking production lines, and transporting finished goods.
- Complete production records and documentation accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
