This full-time position is a great opportunity to learn the mail production process, gain valuable experience, and grow into new opportunities within DMS.What You'll Do:Read and follow instructions provided on job jackets to ensure production work is completed accurately and according to specifications.Catch, sort, and tray mail as it comes down the conveyor belt, maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the production process.Provide support and assistance to Lettershop Operators during your shift to help keep production moving smoothly.Follow all quality standards, company procedures, and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area while contributing to the overall success of the production team.Work closely with team members and communicate effectively to meet daily production goals and deadlines.Be flexible and available for overtime as needed to support production demands.Qualifications:No previous production experience is required.
