Position Overview: Zumbiel operates on a 12-hour, rotating shift. We are looking for career-minded individuals to start in our printing, cutting, and gluing departments with opportunities to advance. You will be required to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly. No experience is necessary, but manufacturing experience preferred. Education / Experience: High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required. Communication Skills / Requirements: Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with management, peers and other employees. Have active listening skills, attention to detail and follow-through. Must demonstrate tact, professionalism, teamwork, flexibility, an organized approach to work and a positive attitude. Safety: All duties to be performed in compliance with the company guidelines and safety policies. PPE: MUST wear ear plug hearing protection and safety glasses in designated areas. |
