Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality aerospace components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Dayton, OH

Pay Range: $23hr +

Shift:  3rd Shift

What's the Job?

  • Follow all manufacturing instructions and print requirements for component production in TT Strap.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure quality conformance and proper product movement.
  • Perform all quality inspection requirements diligently.
  • Ensure all equipment and materials used are compliant with procedures.
  • Participate in process improvements and scrap reduction activities to enhance efficiency.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of manufacturing experience required
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Resume REQUIRED for review 
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with management and co-workers.
  • Flexibility to perform various job functions and work overtime when required.
  • Understanding of drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing instructions.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
