The Production Associate is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by assembling, inspecting, and packaging products in a fast-paced production environment. This role ensures adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and production timelines.
Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
Assemble components and parts according to specifications and work instructions
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company and industry standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety guidelines
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements
Report equipment malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors
Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
Meet daily production quotas and deadlines
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow and efficiency
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
Ability to follow detailed instructions and read technical documents
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Basic mechanical aptitude
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Lift and move materials up to 25–50 lbs
Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and machinery
Manufacturing/production facility setting
Exposure to machinery, tools, and moderate noise levels
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
