Production Associate – Door Manufacturing (1st Shift)
Location: Sidman, PA Pay:$18.58 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Sidman, PA. In this role, you will help manufacture high-quality commercial doors by operating machinery, assembling products, inspecting finished materials, and preparing orders for shipment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, woodworking, warehouse, or construction-related experience.
Responsibilities
Depending on your assignment, you may be responsible for:
Operating small and large production machines used in the manufacturing of commercial doors.
Working on an assembly line to build and assemble doors.
Inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
Machining doors for hardware installation.
Preparing, moving, and handling materials throughout the production process.
Staging, packaging, and preparing finished products for shipment.
Performing general warehouse and production duties as assigned.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in commercial woodworking, including doors, millwork, cabinetry, or similar products.
Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience.
General knowledge of building materials.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Experience using tape measures and basic hand-held measuring tools.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
