General Production- Rantoul, IL- 3rd Shift switching to 2nd Shift Shift & Pay:- Starting Shift: 3rd Shift – Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM, $22.04/hour (overtime may be required)
- Shift Change: Employees will transition to 2nd Shift – Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, effective May 3rd

Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our door manufacturing team. Depending on assignment, duties may include:- Operating small and large machinery used in door production
- Assembling doors on production lines
- Inspecting products for quality and accuracy
- Machining doors for hardware installation
- Preparing, handling, and moving materials
- Staging and packaging finished products for delivery
- Performing general warehouse tasks as needed
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures
Preferred Experience:- Previous experience in commercial woodworking (doors, millwork, cabinets, etc.)
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- General knowledge of building materials
- Ability to perform basic math and use hand-held measuring tools
- Comfortable using tools such as nail guns, saws, and hammers
Requirements:- Background check and drug screening required before start
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Candidates must be cleared for BG/DS to start by March 23rd
