Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Job Duties

  • Assemble, configure, and test electronic components and mobile video surveillance systems.
  • Install and program mobile digital video recorders (MDVRs) and related hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electronic equipment and production issues
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Complete production tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with inventory management and material handling.
  • Document production activities and maintain accurate records
  • Support process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and quality
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
