Responsibilities Include

• Micro-Assembly: Perform intricate, small-scale assembly of components using tweezers, specialized hand tools, and microscopes.
• Visual Inspection: Conduct real-time quality checks under a scope to identify and correct defects or irregularities in small parts.
• Documentation: Maintain precise production records and equipment logs in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Communication: Read, write, and communicate fluently in English to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Technical Adherence: Follow detailed blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions to ensure 100% compliance with product specifications.
• Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workstation and strictly adhere to all safety and quality protocols.
