We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to join a radiator manufacturing facility in Elk Grove Village. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and inspect radiator components according to specifications
Operate basic manufacturing and assembly equipment
Perform quality checks on finished parts
Package and label completed products for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred; training available for the right candidate
SATURDAYS ARE MANDATORY 3-4HOURS ONLY
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality
