As a Production Associate Floater, your role is vital to keeping production running smoothly. You’ll help assemble sign stands, package products, and assist with various tasks to support the team. Training is provided on all equipment and processes, making it an ideal opportunity to learn and grow.

What You'll Do
As a Production Associate Floater, you will be responsible for:
• Receiving orders and gathering parts for sign stand assembly
• Following instructions to assemble sign stands
• Packaging completed sign stands for shipping
• Assisting with other assembly tasks as needed
• Operating the Table Saw to cut "stop/slow" signs to specifications – training provided
• Using the Drill Press to make precise holes in products – training provided

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Excellent attendance and strong attention to detail
• Forklift experience is helpful but not required
• The ability to lift approximately 50 lbs
• A collaborative attitude to work closely with the production manager and team
