Alliance Industrial Solutions is currently hiring a Full-Time Production Associate for a premier food manufacturing and bakery ingredient facility located in Elyria, OH.

Available Shifts (Monday – Thursday)
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Four 10-hour days)
- 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Four 10-hour days)

What You Will Do
- Operate and monitor food manufacturing equipment, including commercial mixers, blenders, and high-speed packaging machinery.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and strict food safety protocols to maintain high-quality standards.
- Perform visual inspections of finished products and raw materials, promptly reporting any quality deviations.
- Assist with routine line setup, basic machine troubleshooting, and sanitization between production runs.
- Accurately complete basic production documentation and batch logs.

Qualifications & Experience
- 1+ years of experience in food production, machine operation, packaging, or general manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or food safety guidelines is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and positive team-oriented attitude.
- Basic math, communication, and measurement skills.

Physical & Facility Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout a 10-hour shift.
- Ability to work in an environment with exposure to common food allergens (milk, whey, egg, and soy).
- Adherence to facility safety and GMP policies (no jewelry, watches, false nails, or loose items allowed in production areas).
