Production Associate Responsibilities
Assemble automotive interior trim components and assemblies
Use hand and power tools to fasten and assemble parts
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Follow standardized work instructions and production schedules
Rotate between workstations or departments as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Meet daily production and quality goals
Follow all company safety procedures
Forklift Operator Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
Supply production lines with materials
Pull and stage customer orders for shipment
Load and unload trucks
Verify shipments for accuracy and inspect for damage
Maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse operations
Follow all quality and safety standards
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred
Forklift experience is required for the Forklift Operator position
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Some production positions require the ability to distinguish colors
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
Frequently bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
Lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
Ability to work overtime when required
