Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00
After Training: Rotating and swing shifts; must be available to work any shift and any day of the week

Summary:
Full-time Copper Wire Production Associate position in Fort Wayne, Indiana
Work on the Enamel, Rewind, or Extrusion production lines processing copper wire
Support manufacturing operations by operating equipment, moving materials, and preparing production materials
Responsibilities:
Operate copper wire processing equipment on the Enamel, Rewind, or Extrusion lines
Perform production support tasks such as core cutting, opening boxes, and cleaning rolls
Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials throughout the facility
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or production experience
Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Willingness to work rotating and swing shifts after training, including any shift and any day of the week is required
Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
