Production Associate


Select 7 LLC is a produce manufacturing company specializing in the preparation and processing of fresh-cut vegetables for restaurants and food-service customers. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to join our production team.


Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut, trim, wash, and package fresh vegetables according to product specifications
  
  
• Operate and assist with food-processing and packaging equipment
  
  
• Follow production schedules, product specifications, and work instructions
  
  
• Weigh and package products accurately
  
  
• Label and organize finished products for delivery
  
  
• Inspect products for quality, appearance, and proper packaging
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized production area throughout the shift
  
  
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements
  
  
• Properly clean and sanitize equipment, tools, work surfaces, and production areas
  
  
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing raw materials when needed
  
  
• Communicate production or quality issues to supervisors
  
  
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals
  
  
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous food production, food processing, warehouse, or restaurant experience is preferred but not required
  
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work according to established procedures
  
  
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
  
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
  
  
• Must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks
  
  
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  
  
• Ability to lift and move boxes and materials as required
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday
  
  
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying
  
  
• Ability to lift up to approximately 20 lbs.
  
  
• Work may take place in a refrigerated/cool production environment
  
  
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate production equipment
  
  

Schedule

• Full-time
  
  
• Early morning start time
  
  
• Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs
