Pay Range: $17.27/hour
Shift: 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Client is hiring for Production Associates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your skills directly contribute to producing high-quality fiberglass components. Job Description
As a Production Associate, you will:
- File, grind, sand, and smooth filled or repaired surfaces using power and hand tools.
- Identify and correct major and minor blemishes on molded parts.
- Examine and feel the surface of fiberglass to detect defects.
- Make repairs to molded parts using pin router, sander, offset, and air nozzles.
- Move parts to the paint operation for primer, paint, and bake.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing as a skilled Production Associate -Finisher to maintain high-quality standards.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Experience in auto finishing a plus
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds periodically.
- Prior fiberglass and finish work recommended.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to bend and twist repeatedly
- Comfortable with repetitive and non-repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Exhibits a respectful, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
