LINK Staffing has partnered with a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Grapevine, TX to hire experienced Production Associates.

This company manufactures medical products used in the treatment of chronic kidney disease and offers a clean, climate-controlled work environment with opportunities for long-term employment, stability, and growth.

Position Summary

The Production Associate supports the manufacturing and packaging of medical products while following strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, quality, and production procedures.

This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, accurate documentation, and the ability to work efficiently in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support production and manufacturing equipment
• Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and quality procedures
• Weigh, handle, and transport production materials
• Perform in-process inspections and quality checks
• Count, sort, label, package, and box finished products
• Palletize and prepare completed products for movement or shipment
• Clean and sanitize equipment and production work areas
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
• Identify and communicate production or quality concerns to supervisors
• Support continuous improvement and overall production efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Shift Information

1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–3:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–1:00 AM

Some weekend work and overtime may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of related production, manufacturing, or logistics experience
• Previous pharmaceutical, medical device, GMP, or regulated manufacturing experience is highly preferred
• Strong work history with reliable attendance
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to follow written instructions, SOPs, and detailed procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, and twist
• Manual dexterity to assemble, handle, and package products efficiently
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift
