Our client is an industry leader in weatherproofing solutions that is looking to add a Production Associate to its team. They will be responsible for blending raw materials and operating various mixing equipment to produce high‑quality caulking, sealants, and related intermediate materials. This role plays a key part in supporting manufacturing output, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring consistent product quality.
Blend raw materials according to batch formulas to create finished products
Set up, operate, and monitor a variety of mixing machines as outlined in batch instructions
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to communicate clearly
Previous exp with raw materials is NEEDED
previous exp with mixers or operating mixing machines is a plusS
