What You’ll Do

As a Production Associate, you’ll play an important role in producing the high-quality game calls our customers know and trust. This is a hands-on position working alongside our production team to prepare materials, operate equipment, assemble products, and ensure every piece meets Woodhaven’s quality standards.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, working 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In this role, you will:

• Operate woodworking equipment, including saws, sanders, routers, and hand tools.

• Cut, shape, prepare, and assemble wood components according to specifications.

• Measure and mark materials accurately to support consistent product quality.

• Inspect materials and finished components for quality, defects, or discrepancies.

• Assist with product assembly while maintaining Woodhaven’s craftsmanship standards.

• Follow established safety procedures and equipment guidelines.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.

• Work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

• Assist with inventory, including restocking materials and production supplies.

• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products.

• Support other production needs as assigned by the Woodshop Manager or Production Manager.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with their hands. You’ll be a great fit if you enjoy being part of a team and take pride in producing quality work.

Our preferred candidate has:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous woodshop, production, or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of woodworking tools, machinery, and techniques.

• Ability to accurately work with measurements and specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.

• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.

• CNC or other advanced woodworking equipment experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Stand for extended periods throughout the workday.

• Regularly bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive production tasks.

• Work safely in a fast-paced production environment.

• Work in an environment that may include noise, wood dust, fumes, and other normal manufacturing conditions.
