Production Associate

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their client's team in Nevada. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a cohesive team dynamic in the production department.

Responsibilities

• Utilize previous experience in a production environment to manage small packaging tasks efficiently.
• Label and relabel products accurately, ensuring quality paperwork is completed.
• Work in a confined space, with the option to sit or stand, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, promoting a non-competitive and supportive atmosphere.
• Operate at a fast pace to produce over 1000 units during an eight-hour shift.
• Build boxes and assist with inventory management as needed.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks, including taking out trash to the designated bin.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing closed-toe shoes in a casual work environment.
• Pay rate is $20/hr to start

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production environment; 2 years strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a small space and at a fast pace.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, with shifts from either 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Benefits

The position offers a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.
