Job Responsibilities

• Take direction from the supervisor to meet production demands while ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Transfer carts of production in and out of chillers and organize them in the WIP area.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, following the "5 S” program.
• Promote a safe work environment at all times.
• Follow HACCP principles and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including transferring to the Kitchen area as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand for up to 10 hours a day.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment (38°F) and wearing PPE (personal protective equipment).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Preferences

• High School diploma or GED-equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Prior food industry knowledge is advantageous.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM, with potential weekend shifts based on business needs. Steel toe shoes are required, but we may provide composite safety shoe covers if necessary.
