As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for taking direction from the supervisor to meet production goals. Your duties will include transferring carts of production in and out of chillers, maintaining product alignment, reworking products below specification, and keeping the work area organized and clean. You will also promote a safe work environment and comply with all safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to stand on feet for up to 10 hours a day
• Comfortable working in a cold environment (38°F) and wearing PPE gear
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with another associate
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to follow instructions
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending, and lifting

Preferences

• High School diploma or GED-equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Prior food industry knowledge

Shift: MON – FRI, 6am - 3:30pm. Shift schedules could include weekends. Hours subject to business needs.

Steel toe shoes are required, but we may provide composite safety shoe covers if needed.
