Job Description
- Participate in the production and assembly of molded parts, following detailed work instructions.
- Operate molding and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Trim, clean, mark, or identify parts according to specifications.
- Conduct visual quality inspections and record results accurately.
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Cross-train in multiple roles to support team needs and maintain production flow.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other staff to address production issues or updates.
