Production Associate

Multiple shifts are available. Training is provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation of production and packaging machines.
• Seal, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Monitor products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Load materials and keep production lines running efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work any available shift as needed.
