Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations in a refrigerated environment. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized staging area, handling raw product storage, and ensuring a safe workplace while working in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the staging area and raw product storage
- Remove empty boxes, trash, and other debris
- Promote a safe work environment and help prevent workplace accidents
- Report incidents or accidents immediately to management
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks
- Stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a refrigerated warehouse
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand English
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (45 55 F)
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. (team lifting permitted)
- Steel-toe boots required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain on shift until work is completed
- Strong teamwork and safety awareness
