Job Title: Production Associate I Kit Pack - 1st Shift
Location: 9115 Hague Road Indianapolis, IN 46256
Schedule:1st Shift | Monday – Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Friday: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Contract Type: 1 year contract possible extension or conversion to direct hire

Job Summary
The Kit Pack Associate is responsible for assembling care kits and diabetic testing meter kits in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position performs light assembly, packaging, labeling, palletizing, quality inspections, and general housekeeping while maintaining high attendance, quality, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly & Packaging
- Perform repetitive assembly of care kits and diabetic testing meter kits.
- Assemble products along with required literature and instruction materials.
- Pack completed kits into shipping boxes.
Shipping & Material Handling
- Label shipping cartons accurately.
- Palletize finished products for shipment.
Quality & Production Support
- Perform quality inspections as assigned.
- Support daily production activities to meet operational goals.
Housekeeping
- Perform 5S housekeeping activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Additional Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
- 0–5 years of relevant manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience.
Skills & Requirements
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly work.
- Ability to stand in the same location for up to 9 hours per shift.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent attendance and reliability are required.
