- Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:30 PM
- Up to 5 hours of overtime per week
Job Summary:
Seeking a Production Associate for a full-time opportunity in a cold food processing environment. This role involves assisting with poultry and seafood processing, packing products, moving materials, and supporting production operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Move meat carts between production and packing areas
- Pack turkey products into branded boxes
- Assist production team members with daily processing tasks
- Support operations in poultry and seafood processing areas as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of production and staging areas
- Remove empty boxes and waste materials
- Follow safety procedures and report incidents promptly
- Assist with general production and assembly tasks
Required Skills:
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a cold environment (approximately 32 F)
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on safety
- High school diploma
- Steel-toe boots/shoes that cover the ankle required
