Partners Personnel is seeking experienced Production Operators to join a growing team in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment located in Hazelwood, MO. This role involves hands-on work with mixing, blending, and packaging materials used in agricultural and eco-friendly products.Job Title: Production Associate
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime required during peak season – typically fall months)
Position Type: Seasonal
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Load and unload raw materials into mixers or blending equipment
- Operate, monitor, and clean production machinery
- Palletize and stage finished goods for shipment
- Operate a forklift or pallet jack as needed
- Follow all safety and PPE requirements (including respirator use)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or production experience
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working around fertilizers and industrial materials
- Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle required)
- Basic forklift experience required
- Dependable, flexible, and willing to assist in multiple production areas
