We're hiring Production Associates to support assembly and light manufacturing operations. You'll help build and package products by following work instructions, meeting quality standards, and keeping a safe, organized work area.
What You'll Do
Assemble products/components using hand tools and basic equipment
Perform visual quality checks and report defects
Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
Follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Keep your workstation clean and follow safety rules at all times
Meet daily production and attendance expectations
What We're Looking For
Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus (willing to train)
Ability to stand for the full shift and do repetitive tasks
Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs (as needed)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
