Production Associate (Assembly) | 1st Shift (7:00 AM-3:30 PM) | $15/hr
Location: Westmont, IL
Pay: $15.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Job Summary
We're hiring Production Associates to support assembly and light manufacturing operations. You'll help build and package products by following work instructions, meeting quality standards, and keeping a safe, organized work area.
What You'll Do
- Assemble products/components using hand tools and basic equipment
- Perform visual quality checks and report defects
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Keep your workstation clean and follow safety rules at all times
- Meet daily production and attendance expectations
What We're Looking For
- Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus (willing to train)
- Ability to stand for the full shift and do repetitive tasks
- Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs (as needed)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
