Job Title: Production Associate
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm
Pay Rate: $17.15/HR
Job Duties:
- Check fish for quality, ensuring they meet company standards for size, freshness, and appearance.
- Sort fish based on size, type, or quality before packaging. Weigh fish or fish products and package them into containers or bags.
- Label packages with relevant information.
- Regularly clean and sanitize workstations, tools, and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure food safety.
Job Requirements:
- Basic math knowledge
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Data entry and attention to detail.
