Job Opportunity - Production Associate
We are currently hiring Production Associates for a friendly and fast-paced work environment. The position pays $17.00 per hour, and the shift begins at 7:00 a.m.
This position is open to associates who are comfortable with either light or heavier production work. Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome, as English is not required for this role.
Associates will rotate between two different departments, giving them the opportunity to learn multiple tasks throughout the workday.
In the first department, associates will pull customer orders by following a work ticket. They will collect the correct mouth guards, place them into bags, and package the finished orders for shipment. Attention to detail is important to ensure each order is accurate.
In the second department, associates will remove finished mouth guards from the production machine, perform a basic quality check to ensure the products meet standards, and use hand scissors to trim any excess plastic. They will then package the completed products for shipping. This department also requires occasionally moving boxes weighing approximately 15 to 20 pounds.
