Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: 2:45 PM - 11:30 PM, second shift

About the Role

We are seeking a Production Associate to support manufacturing operations related to the production of sealants and caulks. In this role, you will assist with machine operation, material handling, quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe production environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a team player, and committed to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and operation of machinery involved in the production of sealants and caulks
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to specifications
• Assist in mixing raw materials such as resins, fillers, and chemicals according to established formulas and safety standards
• Inspect products during and after production for defects to meet quality control standards
• Prepare and package finished products for shipment, ensuring labeling and packaging compliance
• Maintain a clean and organized production floor, including cleaning machines and workstations
• Follow safety protocols and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
• Support daily maintenance of production equipment and report any issues impacting production
• Assist with inventory management, including counting materials, tracking stock levels, and requisitioning supplies
• Document production data such as quantities, materials used, and encountered issues for reporting and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Experience or skill in machine operation relevant to manufacturing processes
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as part of essential functions
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and use PPE
• Availability to work the 2:45 PM - 11:30 PM shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments involving sealants, caulks, or chemical handling
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration

Tools, Equipment, and Systems

• Manufacturing machinery for sealants and caulks production
• Personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Basic inventory and documentation tools for tracking production data

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Standing and walking on the production floor
• Use of PPE as required
