Production Associate (ID #539471)

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack products securely and efficiently into boxes, containers, or other packaging materials.
• Ensure that each packed item is properly labeled, tagged, or barcoded for inventory and tracking purposes.
• Inspect products for defects or damage before packing.
• Maintain accurate packing records, including batch numbers, quantities, and destination information.
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate equipment (e.g., box cutters, tape dispensers, pallet jacks).
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate packaging of products.
• Assist in sorting and organizing goods in the warehouse or storage areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
• Report any issues with packaging materials or product defects to supervisors or quality control teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for packing and shipping.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in packing or warehouse roles is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems or shipping procedures is beneficial.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to stand, lift, and carry packages of various weights.
• Work in a warehouse or production facility environment.
• May be required to work evening, weekend, or overtime shifts depending on business needs.
