Job Title: Production Associate I

Schedule:
- Full-Time
- 2nd Shift
- Monday Friday
- Start Time: 12:00 PM
- End Time: Production completion (typically 10 12 hour shifts)
- 6 days per week with overtime as needed
Job Summary:
The Production Associate I supports daily operations within a meat processing facility by packing, palletizing, staging products, and assisting with production activities. This role requires working in a cold manufacturing environment while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities:
- Pack and palletize finished products
- Stage products for shipping and further processing
- Assist with production machinery and machine operations
- Support meat production and processing activities
- Maintain cleanliness of production and storage areas
- Remove empty boxes, trash, and debris from work areas
- Follow all safety and food safety procedures
- Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions promptly
- Work effectively as part of a production team
- Perform duties safely and efficiently
Required Skills:
- Ability to work in a cold production environment
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely
- Ability to stand, bend, and work extended shifts
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime
- Steel toe or composite toe boots required on Day 1
Preferred Skills:
- 0 2 years of manufacturing or production experience

- Cold meat processing and production facility
- Production machinery and equipment
- Required PPE: Steel toe or composite toe boots (tennis shoes not permitted)
