Position Overview:

Are you ready to make an impact and be part of something big? We're seeking a talented Production Associate to join our production team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in producing and shipping innovative, high-quality photographic products using various methods and techniques. Join us to help make memories!

What You'll Do:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:  (100% of time)

• Perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures and guidelines.
• Identify and report unsafe practices to the Supervisor immediately.
• Identify and report problems concerning equipment and materials.
• Maintain documentation for production-related activities for reference purposes
• Performs quality assurance
• Stay up-to-date with production processes and client divisions.
• Knowledgeable and able to follow lean manufacturing concepts
• Performs inspections and sign-off on quality control issues (Tier 2 in Checkpoint). 
• Has access to customer orders and databases.
• Possesses authorization level (e.g., place on hold, check for quality issues, communicate to management)
• Assists in 
• the workflow:  moderating the production flow (e.g., assigns workflow activities and delegates production instructions)• Handles higher complexity tasks, such as maintaining and repairing equipment and changing paper (Advanced Level II)• Performs VIP-specific workflow handling (Advanced Level II)• Certified for specific machines(internal or external certification)• Trains Level 1 employees
