Job Duties

• Move and stack materials and finished products
• Pull and handle Styrofoam sheets
• Protect products from damage during handling
• Operate shrink-wrapping equipment
• Package Styrofoam sheets securely
• Perform quality inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work with team members to meet production targets
• Report equipment or product issues to the supervisor

What You Will Do

As a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
