Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting operational excellence and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Kernersville, NC

Pay Range: $17

Shift: Second, 3pm - 11:15pm

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with operational standards and supervisor instructions.
• Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring productivity and safety are maintained at all times.
• Follow all safety policies and practices, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring safety features are functioning properly.
• Perform visual inspections of products to verify quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
