Production Associate
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.
Location: Kingstree, SC – 100% Onsite
Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Day Shift, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Interview Process: Phone screen / Teams video interview
Training: Training class will be provided
Position Summary
The Production Associate is responsible for safely operating process equipment and utilities, monitoring production conditions, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and GMP requirements.
This position requires someone who can work with minimal supervision, exercise good judgment, adapt to changing conditions, and maintain reliable attendance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Operate process equipment and utilities, including adjusting process conditions, opening and closing valves, and sterilizing piping and tanks.
- Monitor process conditions and make adjustments as needed.
- Accurately document process information and production activities.
- Follow all safety guidelines and immediately report quality or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean and GMP-compliant work environment.
- Perform housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Operate computerized control systems to monitor and maintain process conditions.
- Calculate and add appropriate levels of chemicals and other additives to the process.
- Follow quality procedures, management directives, and established standards.
- Report quality deviations and non-conformances.
- Participate in quality talks and briefings as needed.
- Intervene when a quality or safety protocol concern is identified.
- Follow all applicable safety, health, and environmental procedures.
- Use required PPE, safety equipment, tools, and procedures at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic manufacturing knowledge.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to accurately complete documentation.
- Ability to work safely and responsibly with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable and conscientious attendance.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift driving experience preferred.
- Manufacturing or production experience.
- Mechanical or technical aptitude.
- Experience working with process equipment.
