Location: Knoxville, TN

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

As a Production Associate in Knoxville, you'll help keep production strong and steady. It's hands-on work that builds skill and confidence with every shift. Join a team where effort gets noticed, and results matter.

Requirements:

• Previous production or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to operate basic production equipment (training provided)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Team-oriented with a dependable work ethic
• Ability to follow production schedules and work instructions
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Job Duties:

• Resize products and materials according to company specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards
• Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals
• Report quality concerns or equipment issues to supervisors
• Support additional production tasks as assigned
