HireLevel is hiring Disassembly and Production Workers in Lebanon, TN.
As a Cable Dissembler, you’ll be responsible for cutting wires for wheelchair parts. Hand tool experience required.
Responsibilities include disassembling components, parts, and wheelchair products, following assembly instructions, and work independently.
Location: Lebanon, TN
Compensation: $20.00/hr.
Shifts: Monday - Thursday | 6 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. | Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!
Essential Functions and Duties of a Production Worker:
- Disassemble components and products using hand tools
- Read and interpret assembly instructions
- Perform assembly tasks according to takt time, meeting production pace requirements
- Handle components and materials with care, ensuring proper use and assembly
- Adhere to production schedules and deadlines, maintaining efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify opportunities for improving assembly processes
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or defects within the assembly process
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and workstations
- Consistently meet production targets and deadlines, contributing to the team's overall success
- Follow detailed directions, procedures, and instructions for all work assignments.
- Work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications of a Production Worker:
- Hand tool experience required
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication).
- Strong skills in communication, reading, counting, and basic math
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
- High school diploma or GED required
