Production Associate - Level II

Job Title: Production Associate Level II
Job Location: Clovis, NM
Job Duration: 4 months on W2

• Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.

• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Quality:

• Follow all applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), poka-yoke, and visual standards.
• Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
• Perform quality inspections.
• Identify and control non-conforming material.

Delivery:

• Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products to meet required characteristics and dimensions in line with customer expectations.
• Demonstrate a high level of competency in core work skills.
• Achieve production goals.
• Work at required cycle time or defined engineering standards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks.
• Perform planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
• Remain flexible and perform other miscellaneous duties as required to meet production goals.
• Work with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.

• Communicate effectively with assigned teams and support teams.
• Complete training and personal development in line with business requirements.
• Actively participate in improving quality, safety, processes, material flow, and employee development.

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience meeting applicable regulations.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

• Requires some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
• Experience in a production setting and use of tools is required.
• Experience operating forklifts and/or cranes is a plus.
• Valid driver s license required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
