Job Title: Production Associate Level II
Job Location: Clovis, New Mexico (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $26.44 per hour (W2)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Overtime may be required, including some Saturdays.
This role supports a manufacturing production line where engines are taken apart and inspected. Candidates should have experience working in a production or manufacturing environment and be comfortable using hand and power tools.
Experience operating forklifts or cranes is a plus.
A valid Driver's License is required.
Education RequirementHigh School Diploma or equivalent required
Follow all workplace safety rules and procedures
Wear proper protective equipment (PPE)
Report hazards, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately
Keep the work area clean and safe
Operate machines and production equipment safely
Use tools to disassemble and assemble engine parts
Perform quality checks and inspections
Meet daily production targets and timelines
Identify defective materials or equipment issues
Help maintain machines and equipment
Work closely with team members and support staff
Communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers
Participate in training and continuous improvement activities
Support improvements in safety, quality, and production processes
Experience in manufacturing or production work preferred
Comfortable using hand tools and equipment
Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
Forklift and/or crane experience is a plus
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
