Production Associate

The Production Assembler plays a vital role in the manufacturing process by assembling components and working collaboratively within a medium-sized team to produce high-quality industrial equipment. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to manage materials and equipment efficiently to support smooth production operations.

Responsibilities

Assemble components accurately to meet production specifications

Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently

Handle materials and inventory to maintain workflow continuity

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Manage workstation setup and organization for optimal productivity

Collaborate effectively with team members within a medium-sized group

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years experience in manufacturing environments

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong manual dexterity and basic tool operation skills

Familiarity with assembly line processes and quality control measures

Knowledge of safety procedures and time management

Ability to work well within a team and maintain attention to detail
