Production Associate (Liquid) - 1st Shift

We are currently looking for reliable and motivated candidates to join our team in Stow, OH as Production Associates (Liquid) on the first shift. If you have manufacturing, machine operation, or forklift experience, we'd love to hear from you!

In this role, you'll operate liquid production equipment, valve systems, packing machinery, and forklifts to move, load, and package liquid pigment chemicals. You'll also document production data and help ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. Join a team that values safety, efficiency, and quality. Hours:
06/01/2024 - 06/01/2024 06:00AM - 02:30PM, Monday - Friday

Pay:
$20.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate blending, pumping, milling, pulverizing, and packing equipment including support equipment
  • Use valving systems for distributing liquid materials to packing stations
  • Safely operate forklifts to move materials around the facility
  • Record process conditions, weights, and technical data accurately
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Maintain production rates and reduce downtime
  • Use required PPE, including respirators when necessary
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors

Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing or production experience required
  • Forklift operation experience required
  • Machine operating experience preferred, batch mixing experience a plus
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Ability to record and document technical data
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs/ladders
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and manually move products
  • Ability to obtain respirator clearance
  • Steel toe boots required

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with liquid production equipment
  • Familiarity with safety procedures in manufacturing

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing and machine operation experience

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work on-site at all times
  • Onboarding and safety training sessions held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00am
  • Training will occur during the first week on first shift until deemed ready for the assigned shift
