Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

First and Second Shift Available

As a Production Associate in Los Angeles, you'll put in real effort and see real results. You'll help build products people use every day and get paid fairly for doing it right.

What You Bring to the Team (Requirements):

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the entire shift
• Capability to lift to 30 lbs. as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in print production or manufacturing preferred, but not required
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Must be able to follow safety guidelines and production procedures consistently

What You'll Be Doing on the Floor (Job Duties):

• Assist machine operators in completing print production jobs efficiently
• Catch, sort, and organize printed envelopes and related materials
• Monitor output for quality and accuracy, reporting issues to supervisor
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift
• Perform general labor and support tasks as assigned
• Follow production flow instructions to ensure timely order completion
• Communicate effectively with team members to support daily operations
