Production Associate / Machine Operator Weekly Pay Up to $17.50/hr
Location: Salisbury, NC
Pay: $13.50$15.50/hr base pay + $2.00/hr attendance bonus
Schedule: MondayFriday | 1st and 2nd Shift Available
Start: Immediate openings available
Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Production Associates and Machine Operators for full-time manufacturing jobs in Salisbury, NC. These positions offer weekly pay, steady hours, attendance bonus opportunities, and a fast hiring process.
No experience is required for many Production Associate openings. Machine operating experience is required for higher-paying Machine Operator roles.
Pay & Schedule
- $13.50$15.50/hr base pay, depending on position and shift

Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM12:00 AM
Job Duties
- Operate or assist production machines
- Load and unload materials
- Inspect products for quality
- Perform general production and manufacturing tasks
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow safety and production guidelines
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for all positions
- Machine operating experience required for higher-paying roles
