Job Title: E-Coat Production Associate - 1st Shift
Location: Piedmont, South Carolina 29673
Hourly Rate: $17
Schedule: 7AM-3:30PM(Shifts could last 10 hours/Could be scheduled 6-7 days a week)
Job OverviewAs a Production Associate, you'll operate equipment to produce high-quality parts, adhering to safety and efficiency standards. Join our dynamic team and contribute to our manufacturing success at an hourly pay of $17.
What Youll Do- Follow and enforce all plant safety rules and policies
- Load and unload automotive parts from production lines
- Inspect parts and ensure proper loading for storage and shipment
- Utilize quality concepts to inspect and document part conditions
- Assist in equipment change outs and maintain cleanliness
What Were Looking For- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Physical fitness to lift 25-35 pounds
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
