Start your new career as a Production Associate (Materials) with MAU at Michelin US10 in Anderson, SC. As a Production Associate (Materials), you will support manufacturing operations by loading rubber materials onto production equipment, maintaining a safe and organized work area, and helping ensure continuous production.

What We Offer:

  • Pay of $18.54 per hour
  • 2-2-3 rotating schedule
  • 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM shift
  • Work every other weekend

What Were Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
  • Dependable attendance and reliability
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, and stack materials throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive manual tasks for extended periods

What Youll Do as a Production Associate (Materials):

  • Inspect the work area and equipment before each shift
  • Retrieve pallets of rubber material from designated staging areas
  • Position pallets onto lift tables for processing
  • Manually load rubber sheets onto the conveyor system
  • Stack rubber according to production specifications and machine requirements
  • Monitor conveyor movement and replenish materials as needed to maintain production
  • Support continuous production while meeting quality and safety standards
  • Complete housekeeping and 5S activities at the end of each shift
  • Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and supervisor directions
  • Report safety hazards, equipment issues, or quality concerns immediately
