As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate, efficient, and safe fulfillment of customer orders. Working in a fast-paced team environment, you will handle grocery items, assemble orders, and maintain the high quality our customers expect.
Skills and Experience:
Key Responsibilities
Pick and Pack: Accurately select, sort, and pack fresh fruits, vegetables, and grocery items into customer boxes with high attention to detail and quality.
Line Preparation: Maintain functional knowledge of all production line areas, including box building, prep work, and restocking.
Quality Control: Inspect items during the packing process to ensure only top-quality goods are shipped out.
Safety & Cleanliness: Follow safety protocols, handle tools properly, and keep the warehouse workstation clean and organized.
Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with team leads and peers to meet hourly and daily production goals.
